Project Overview
Reward Plus provides a centralized loyalty platform for managing members, points, tiers, rewards, and redemptions across multiple branches. It connects eligible paid sales transactions from an existing sales system to an immutable loyalty ledger while giving members a dedicated portal for balances, rewards, tier progress, and digital membership access.
The Challenge
A multi-branch business needed a centralized loyalty system that could work across locations while keeping its existing sales system as the source of truth. Loyalty points, rewards, membership status, and redemptions also needed to remain accurate, traceable, and protected from duplicate transaction processing.
