Project Overview

Trae Academy LMS provides a structured digital learning environment for distributor training. It combines academy management tools with a focused learner experience so course content, progression, and training activities can be managed from one platform while learners follow clear and consistent learning paths.

The Challenge

Training materials and learner activities needed a centralized platform where administrators and instructors could manage structured learning content while distributors could access courses through a dedicated learner experience.

Our Approach

We translated the operating model into focused milestones, validated the highest-risk workflows early, and kept the architecture ready for controlled expansion.

The Solution

A role-aware LMS with separate academy-management and learner interfaces, course and curriculum management, lessons, learner progression, and controlled access for administrators, instructors, and students.

Key Features

  • Administrator, instructor, and learner role-based access
  • Course catalog and course management
  • Curriculum builder with sections and lessons
  • Content, video, and exercise lesson types
  • Sequential and free-progression learning modes
  • Learner course progress and completion tracking
  • Learner dashboard with Continue Learning and enrolled courses
  • Responsive learner and academy-management interfaces

Results

  • Centralized distributor training and course content
  • More consistent learning paths and course delivery
  • Clear separation between academy management and learner workflows
  • Easier course administration and learner progress management
